Men's League

OVERVIEW

• The first week of regular play will be May 5-6. The final week will be September 22-23. There will be no league play on long weekends but players may play at league rates after 12:00 on weekend holidays. The list of non-league weeks is May 19-20, June 2-3 (outside tournament), June 30 – July 1, August 4-5, September 1-2.
• On rain days, at least 50% of each league must participate in order for scores to count. If not, the winnings will carry over to the next week.
• Teams will be drawn at random but you may continue to book your own foursomes.
• Bookings must be made in the Pro Shop or by telephone. No email requests will be accepted.
• Players with a Golf Canada (GAO) handicap will be entered into the BDO NGL League Championship (www.nationalgolfleague.ca/) operated by Golf Canada. There will be 6 weeks where scoring is recorded for this on a random date draw. You must have a Golf Canada membership at the start of the league season to be eligible.
• Registration Fee $225.00 to be paid in Pro Shop by Credit or Debit Card only.
• Players will be required to enter their own scores onto the Smart Golf system themselves. You will receive emails to your designated email address to do so. Scoring will be finalized at 12 noon on the Wednesday immediately following play. Late scores will not be counted as credit books will be updated as quickly as possible.
• Credit book balances are for use for Pro Shop merchandise on hand; or any Food and Beverage purchases. Balances cannot be used for special orders. Credit books must be used in entirety by November 1, 2025.

The season team winner will be based on:
• Each week, a team’s total score is calculated by adding its 2 best Gross Stableford scores and 5 best Net Stableford scores. A player can only contribute to one category, not both. Teams are then ranked based on their total points, with ranking points awarded as follows: 1st = 4 points, 2nd = 3 points, and so on.
• The overall league standings are determined by the total ranking points accumulated throughout the season. The team with the most points at the end wins the league.

18 HOLE LEAGUE

• Registration Fee: $225
• Greens Fee for Non-Members: $37 + HST
• Cart Rider Fee: $20 + HST
• In weeks prior to, and following league play, greens fees for non-member League players will be $55 + HST, cart included (Monday and Tuesday only)

9 HOLE LEAGUE

• Registration Fee: $225
• Greens Fee For Non-Members: $27 + HST
• Cart Rider Fee $15 + HST
• In weeks prior to, and following league play, greens fees for non-member League players will be $55 + HST, cart included (Monday and Tuesday only)

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

• 5% of prize fund to weekly credits (18 weeks) = 90%
• 10% of prize fund to playoffs (1st 5%, 2nd 3%, 3rd 2%)
• Top 6 low net scores are used for team scoring weekly

WEEKLY PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

• 80% Low Team (Team members who play that week will share weekly winnings equally)
• 10% Skins
• 10% Low Gross Individual – 1st - 5% , 2nd – 3%, 3rd – 2%

Tee-Birds Ladies' League

We’re excited to kick off another great season of the Tarandowah Tee-Birds Ladies' League! Join us for a fantastic season of golf, fun, and camaraderie. Join us on Wednesdays with tee times between 2:00 and 5:30. The $75 registration fee will include opening and closing events, fun weekly contests and prizes, $27 + HST for green fees (9 or 18); $15 + HST for cart; weekly food and beverage options.
